Didn't know the mini-pill could make you depressed. Was on it for a while but not depressed. Went off it because it made periods so unpredictable. As Daisy says, there are advantages to getting older.

Bintmcskint Oct 2018 6:51am, 11 Oct 2018 41,546 posts	0 Bintmcskint And in answer to LD - no NHS physio In fact the consultant clearly wanted me out of there sharpish, came to talk to me quickly while I was still with the plasterer chap who was also removing a couple of stitches, he (consultant) asked me to do some movements with my wrist which I thought was a test then just said, "Those are your exercises, do those, see you in 3 months." I have found some exercises online and am doing those.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
