Didn’t get a chance to run today - school governor meeting this morning so late into work, and then had a webinar at 1 so no tun to run. Lunchtime meeting tomorrow too, but badminton in the evening so at least some exercise even if it doesn’t contribute to heart

Evening :) Thanks TB - I love the KR website for strengthening and stretches, James Dunne's videos are really clear - so I am looking forward to it :)
I took the club session tonight and we did Yasso 800s - I was really pleased to get 5 done in my target time. We also dodged the hail :)

Vibe cycle class done. The usual teacher was back, so we had weights and stretching and plenty of sweat-provoking and heart-rate-raising stuff. Feel thoroughly worked.

Does the blackheart still renew itself each month? If so, AR, you will surely get it back.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
