Gosh I don't remember that incident CAZ but I'm very glad to hear it's been resolved appropriately.

An hour at the stretching and strengthening class this morning - I reckon an hour on the rack would have been less painful :-)

Me either Caz but glad right result.

Just had a call from daughter - Reggi had a nasty accident and cut all his face, covered in blood and screaming. Off to get him checked - he is into everything, climbing on things and pulling himself up and apparently has pulled a chair over.

I hope Reggi is OK MM, worrying though.

I just had a lovely long chat with my assistant and we got on well, I think we'll be fine, though she is off on maternity leave so I won't see her for a few months. I may have been worrying about nothing after all!

Fingers very much X ed for Reggie, hope he doesn’t need stitches. He’s at the accident prone, discovery age. (my son & brother have never grown out of it)

Booked a class and a couple of inductions at the new gym which opens tomorrow and I have joined in hope I can run fitter and stronger;-)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
