Morning.
Just over 4 miles last night. Was pleased, when I did the same route last week my mile splits were 8:56, 9:20, 9:44, 9:51. Last night it was 9:12, 9:14, 9:09, 9:10.
Faster overall, but more importantly much better paced:)

Morning all
Day off, lay in for an extra hour, dog walk done and off with Reggi and daughter to swimming pool soon - hopefully he wont throw up this week and cause all sorts of issues in the pool!!
Blooming cold here and very windy bit thankfully no sign or snow or any forecast

Only a little extra snow overnight, but windy so some drifting has occurred. I may try out the Yaktrax I was given for Christmas....

Today was to be take daughter back to uni & call in at decathlon on the way back for some retail therapy but she's got flu so wants to delay til the weekend.
Might do a little walk somewhere instead.

Morning all! Lots of snow here. I'm off to Norwich for a course for the next few days, DS2 was to drive me to the airport. As he only passed his test in August I have recruited my brother in law instead.
