Columba - L10 could have broken a bone in her coccyx. There would no point going to the doctor though as nothing they can do about it, you just have to wait for it to heal.

Not sure if our Coop does almond croissants (probably), but on Sat mornings there is a great bakery stall outside the Coop here. Will take some money to parkrun tomorrow and pop there on my way back :)

I am so not keeping up with the thread but (((Ymee and small one))) and I hope the school are doing something effective about it.

Plan tomorrow is 11+ miles incorporating parkrun and ending at the gym for Balance. This might not happen given that it's already twenty to one.

Oops LD, I must have mislead you, ferry was from Poole, even further from you. If Weymouth still had a ferry service we’d be pedalling aboard every week at foot passenger prices.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.
