Morning gunks, blowing a hoolie out there, parkrun will be interesting! Actually it will be interesting anyway as they’re running the courses backwards today. There will still be a bastard hill at the end I’m assuming, since it starts and finishes on the hill

Morning. Thanks all. School are being good at communicating, but I don't think they are *doing* enough. They keep saying it's boychild's word against shitbag's I shall hope to get a long run in so I can mull it all over! Enjoy PR/backwards PRs/runs/gardenings/lie-ins/swims/whatevers x

Hugs for Ymee junior that's awful.
MM I also need some new winter boots, I want soft leather, black, flat, comfortable and knee high. Let's see how hard it is to find (#holygrail)
Thanks for the healing vibes, yes Frag I was told it was most likely just bruised but that I could have chipped a bone or suchlike but nothing they can do anyway unless any nerves feeling pinched (no) so didn't want to bother with x-rays if the treatment was the same. I reckon the stern look at my rear end from Carp will heal it up in no time and then I'll be back running again
