:-) Sweet chicks and funny hay bales!

Not sure what to make of the track session tonight. We were focussing on posture and while I know I generally have bad running form I have tried to keep my head up and shoulders down a lot more over the last year or so. Trouble is, it's easy to look ahead on a nice smooth track and not so easy on a bumpy pavement or road, especially when you know that a simple trip can smash a joint.

Anyway, I didn't run as fast as I did last time, though the final 400m interval was reasonably swift. My heart was really thumping by the end of that!

Morning :-)

I've turned townie in less than a year - puzzling as to what they were...
Hoping for a run when I've had sufficient tea, planking later. Luckily I already tried side planks because of something funny on this thread earlier this year. Had never heard of them until JC, I think, mentioned them.

Morning didn't leave enough time to plank - will try at office but it depends how many people are in :-(
ION it was so dark I reached down to put the cat on this morning, she was hunkered down by my clothes, and I have a fetch date after work tonight :-)

Morning :-)
We have a set of emoji bales near here too - I drive past them every day and they never fail to raise a smile (even if they are totally environmentally unfriendly plastic...)

I did a 2 minute plank at bootcamp this morning. Two of the girls did nearly 3. Hardcore!

I have a fetch date after work tonight. :-)

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Happy running :-)
