Target for recovery is Christmas, Dips. I really hope it doesn't drag through the darkest days of the winter :/
I'll take a look at plankathon but it's a bit scary...

Slipped and fell heavily on my bum /coccyx today - lovely walk to easedale tarn and just slipped on wet smooth rocks coming down. I now can't sit, it's agony, so instead of injury bench I need an injury beanbag please!

Oh Lemon
I'm plankathoning, blame Columba. Hope I see it through, only 5 - 7 minutes a day I think. The 30 day kinetic thing, I fell off it because too time consuming. Very good though, still doing a few exercises from it. belated for Pothunters oly distance tri & any other racers I forgot.

Depends a bit on what running you might do - if you are resting on Friday and Saturday then that would be ok; if you plan to run on Saturday I would go for Wednesday - I find you get more benefit if you rest for at least a couple of days after a serious going over!
