Columba
That's a worry, ITG, and the last thing you needed on top of a failed dispute with a tree-root and a plugless bath.
Have a peaceful bank holiday at work, Bint.
Foot/heel/ankle definitely better than it was yesterday, but still a long way off running. I can now flamingo on the damaged foot, which yesterday I couldn't.

I misread flamingo Columba and thought you were doing flamenco! Thought that would not be too good for the foot!
Will be doing very little running this week, if any. Still need to get a couple of things organised for the ultra next weekend.

Oh dear ITG it's not going your way at the moment is it? Hope Tri-baby's ok.
AR with the pound having fallen through the floor the UK is bound to be a popular destination - we need something to prop up the economy
I think I'll go for a swim later but for now I'm on a comfy chair in the back yard in a scrap of shade. Might join the dog in having a little nap

Did some cross training digging at the beach, jolly hot out there. If the weather stays warm I'm bringing my cozzie next weekend cos the water is warm

I was grateful for my wetsuit today, needs another 7 degrees before I think it's warm. But it was lovely.

Little-tri-boy bored still because we won't let him on a screen, let alone go swimming. I might relent tonight as long as it isn't a noisy, flashy action film. In fairness, I don't think he is light sensitive but he did have an attack once at the cinema so I'm playing it safe. He does not agree!
