Morning the injuries, face-plants & dehydration - it would have been difficult to drink enough on a long run yesterday, I got through nearly 2 litres on a very leisurely ride with frequent stops.

Morning all been awol dur to lovely visitors. Had much fun doing all the tourist bits.
Well run, swim, biked etc for those that did over the weekend and speedy recovery for all the injured.

I'd walk. When I had mine, I'd take an Ibuprofen before a walk and take care with form. I shouldn't be here, 10 miler now planned before beaching later.
