Oh no Columba! Hope it's not too bad
We have only just got back from Southampton so my LSR will be split into 2 commutes tomorrow instead (helps with the tube strike!). I am now having a late lunch and a drink with OH.
And I can report that TGEd just finished his marathon in 4:23:22 :-). Perfectly paced at 10mm all the way. Not too shabby after 5k, 10k and a half yesterday :-).

Applause all round for TGEd.
It was just ordinary running wot did it; though admittedly it was on a downhill bit which The Knee doesn't like. Literally came on from one step to the next. I had gone 1.29 miles, so had to limp that same distance slowly back home.
