Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thank you Bint. I have run and I am tired now. My beginner managed 5k in 40 minutes and ran almost all the way. Am so proud.

Need to pack gym stuff for the morning. Hoping to do marcothon and I reckon I will have to do a treadmill run tomorrow as I don't have much time spare 😞

Once I've put my thank you presents in my case and running kit there's no room for smart work clothes. Any ideas? Off to Germany for work Sun.

Leave work kit at home. You can go to work in your running kit, but you can't run in your work kit. Simples :-)

Linds options

1) get a bigger case

2) don't take thank you presents (buy them when there)

3) buy new work clothes when there

4) where multiple layers of clothes

Club Threshold run tonight frosty paths, wore gloves thermal top buff and shorts was toasty warm :-)

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
