Thank you Bint. I have run and I am tired now. My beginner managed 5k in 40 minutes and ran almost all the way. Am so proud.
Need to pack gym stuff for the morning. Hoping to do marcothon and I reckon I will have to do a treadmill run tomorrow as I don't have much time spare 😞

Leave work kit at home. You can go to work in your running kit, but you can't run in your work kit. Simples
