Went to Rebound for the first time in months, it was fantastic. Ran there and back and to the bank, gorgeous crisp running weather

150 posts, anything earth - shattering happened?
Opened December with a freezing cold early jog to the gym, body balance class, a very short (and uncounted) jog to the station, a train to Felixstowe where I met my mum for another five.
Then cleaning out the chickens and some carpentry to fix a broken door on their coop.
I am now sitting down to watch the snooker and don't plan on moving.

Been below zero all day. Spent 2 hours handing out Foodbank leaflets in Tesco this morning. In their porch, which wasn't very warm but warmer than it would have been outside.
