At Hell Runner one is too busy getting warm to think about modesty

Yep, stripping off in the car park to your bra and knickers is most acceptable.
I runned took the dog with me, first time running with him. I was a bit nervous with the running harness, my pal had a really bad fall tripping over her dog. Broken fingers, dislocated shoulder, face all grazed and bruised. But it was fine, you just need to concentrate, I don't go that fast anyway that I hop I'll keep our of trouble.

Yeah. This year the female changing tent was full. No way were some of us waiting around in freezing, sopping clothes so we just said 'sod it' and stripped in view of the entire field.

That's exactly why Som ended up getting an eyeful, it was too cold to be modest!
Loving the travel tips. I've just read the full DC Rainmaker article. Nobody has any excuses for not exercising on holiday once you've read that!

Morning 😀 (My dog loved to come on a run, never worked out I wasn't chasing something...on a walk she'd do her own thing but seemed to think a run had a different purpose)

Morning Bint that is so kind - I'd spent an evening looking at books already sadly.
