I reckon we could start a circus at the commune. I'm sure we've got all the acts covered.

Welcome back Parkhopper
It was colder than I realised. My run turned into a progressive one as my ears were threatening to fall off.

Good to see you back PH. Glad you are back running.
I did 3 miles this afternoon. Windscreen wipers on car have died so didn't want to drive this evening to running club to be on the safe side. Luckily it's in for a service tomorrow so should get them fixed.

Been to my first circuits class for years. It was a *lot* harder than I remembered and Joe has introduced extra stations of torture. I'll be going back next week though

First run to work for ages tomorrow. Dropping car off at garage early on, then run to work. Pick up bike and cycle home in the evening

I've just gone to log my circuits session but there's no category for X-Training - circuits! I'm sure there used to be. What do people call it on their own logs?

There is such a category, but you've got it hidden - edit your category list to restore it (can be done from adding training manually)

Ah, I see now that 'circuits' got unticked on my category list. I've no idea how 'ballet' and 'ceilidh' came to be ticked though Has someone been fiddling with my training log?
