Morning! At Ebbsfleet. Did a little run early this morning to keep up my club challenge, only a 2 miler, but we will arrive too late for a run this evening, so it's done.

JD you were definetly wise not to come to XC yesterday, cold, extremely muddy and wet and then there were the HILLS!

Fleecing Well Muddy
Not sure I could have faced XC yesterday after HDS, but I snuck 3 miles in this morning running to town and Sainsburys, and I did a class at the trampoline place. The core moves were a bit tricky after Saturday but my legs felt surprisingly good

Parkhopper
Managed just under 500 miles last year before taking 6 months off running as I underwent radiotherapy and hormone treatment for prostate cancer. Now on 3 monthly hormone jabs for the next three years and just starting to make a running comeback with a walk/trot routine which saw me clock up 14 miles last week. Have entered the Edinburgh Half at the end of May so that I have a target to focus on to get me past my 3 score years and 10 the month before.
