Morning! It says on my plan '4 miles with 30m bursts' but last week they were 100m bursts so I'm wondering if it's a mis-print for 300m? I think I'll do 'as long as I fancy or can' bursts.
Happy Friday everyone!

You could do 30m sprints LD but they will be tiring.

Ran yesterday lunchtime and then did some walking last night. Pokémon hunting with the youngest and then walked to allotment to dig some potatoes and pick some beans for tea. My legs have been eaten alive by some small flying things that were on the beans. They were tiny(not my legs) but still drew blood. Little buggers.

Last night was club predictor. Predict your time and see how close you get to it without wearing a watch. I was 15 seconds slower, the winner was 12 seconds out... Only my self to blame as stopped briefly to stroke a rather fluffy St Bernard dog
Had a sore throat and cold, so just a steady pace last night
