Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'd like to keep updating the list like we do now but a chat won't hurt.

How is everyone? I'm doing 6m tomorrow, 6m on Moday and then Reading half next weekend.

Running's rubbish at the moment for me - work's busy, I'm knackered and CBA basically. Kick up ar5e is needed. Waiting for t'wife to come home cos we said we'd go out together tonight but she's not having asmooth end to the week. She dropped her car keys on the way to the car but didn't realise but fortunately a nice old man found them and gave them back when he saw her retracing her steps. Now she's just had a call form her sister who has split up with b/f so she's not going to be home soon. *twiddles thumbs and Fetches to wait* :-)

eeks, sounds like a quiet Friday for you SW.
John, your build up to Reading sounds much more attractive than mine. Have a planned 10 miles for tomorrow morning, and I am absolutely NOT looking forward to it. It will either kill or cure the niggles I have.

Went out on Thurs for a run - will have a walk tomorrow to stretch my legs, then it's a 10k race on Sunday. (Undulating course apparently, so doubt I'll get a PB)

Evening all yeah a chat now and again wouldnt hurt.I prefer to log my mileage only at the end of the week as I am still doing a lot fo 2 milers and dont want to post everytime I do a wee bit like that. Hopefully out tomorrow to do a long run (for me) of 4 - 5 miles but will depend on the weather (gusting up to 70mph here at the moment so I hope its calmed down by the am!). Busy day tomorrow I need to get my run done early doors then OH is running in the Scottish XC champs an hours drive away and then out tomorrow night to a club (woohoo!). Hope you all have good runs this weekend!

This is better. 2 things though:
- I would like the list to be updated as before. I think weekly by one person is too infrequent and personally I don't agree with it. Depends what the majority think though.
- I'm 6ft2 - chunky(!) - and will be falling out of a Fetch vest at Reading (plus going for a post race curry) so please come up to me and say hello. I'll also be starting right at the back!
