Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Awwh I wish I had known we were including walking miles in this! I could have included the 10+ miles I walk my dogs every weekend! ;)

Yes - the idea of the thread is to motivate, it's not a competition. 23

No - it's a running site. How do we differentiate between walking/training and going for a walk/walking to work etc? 7

Don't know/care/go with the majority 2

M4P - add away :-)

Many Thanks everyone. I will only put in walks that I do purely as a training walk and ones where I am consciously trying to raise my HR properly. (I have been reading and I will put in brackets the amount of miles walked as opposed to run/walked or run) :)
