Pecs, shoulders and triceps all a little bigger, tighter and more defined. As an easy add onto other training, found this absolutely brilliant.

I tried a couple as per the technique in that video. I shouldn't have -- I now feel totally inadequate
(I think I'll stick to my way, which is to drop to arms at 90 degrees. Can't do chest bumps on the ground anyway cos the gut gets there first.)

Will the 2020 counter totals be saved and 2021 counter set to zero? Looking forward to starting at the beginning rather than half way through the year and see where I can get to.

I hope so. I’m still deciding what to do in 2021. I’m getting a bit fed up with press-ups if I’m honest, but maybe I’ll try and get to 50K for the year or something like that (which is a cut back in current rates).
Definitely going to do more pull-ups/chin-ups, what else I wonder?
