22+22+24=68 this morning. Some shoulder pain after trimming tall hedges yesterday. Doesn't seem to be affecting the pressing movement but not sure if chinups will be OK.

So... I was just thinking I need to get back to this before the required rate goes above 15 a day.
And then I stuffed my mountain bike and now have a broken finger, stitches in my elbow, a triceps tendon that is "mostly attached" (call with fracture clinic about that one today) and hurty ribs.

Hmmm. Doing a routine set of 15 while a cuppa was brewing and something in the right pectoral area went ping. Certain shoulder movements are now causing not severe but noticeable pain and are deterring certain shoulder movements. Obviously strained something so I'll take a week off. But first, I shall log the 35 pressups I did manage to do.
