It is amazing how your body adjusts and adapts. When I started I could only do 3 - due to having a previous wrist injury and being generally weak in my arms, but gradually your body strengthens.

Had to ease off for a few days due to a sore elbow (not press-ups related) but back on it today with 5 x 5.

Same as yesterday, 55 done in sets of 11. I've always been rubbish at this kind of thing but I seem to have settled into a good routine here. I think I'll stick at sets of 11 till month's end and bump it up to 12 for February.
