Following on from the mixed success of the 2018 thread, I’ve set up the 2019 challenge. It is slightly harder than the 2018 one.

I'm going to try this. I started Kung Fu classes in October and I am absolutely useless at the upper-body strength stuff. Something has to change!

A boing for this thread. Just to clarify, it's a thread to encourage those of us who are not particularly good at press ups. It's not a race to see who is the best - think of it as parkrun for press ups: it's you Vs you. Doesn't matter whether you can do "proper" press ups, kneeling ones or whatever, just whatever motivates you to do some extra exercise. You can keep track of your progress using the spreadsheet link to the right, and you'll get loads of encouragement from the rest of us. 😁
