:-) Columba, you just prompted me to update the spreadsheet.

Total 4290 for the year. 37.39/day now needed.

75 added for the week.

5,780 altogether. Shan't make it to 6,000, but at least I'm well past the official target.

Well done Columba!

Alpenrose, if you like to procrastinate, New Year's Eve. If you want a sense of accomplishment and relief, now! ;-)

Well done Wriggling Snake!

4470 total for me (60 each day since last total). Now I just need 33.125/day.

well done everyone who has completed/nearly completed the target. i dropped out at about the halfway stage, but genuinely because i found that i was prioritising doing the press ups over training for my target race this year lol!

I'll happily set up a 2019 version of the spreadsheet, if anyone things that's worthwhile.

Yes please. I looked at it and thought, how the hell do you do that :-)

I used to have decent upper body strength but then I switched from doing triathlons to pure running ...

Edit: now we have a spreadsheet thanks to GordonG
