Passed the 15,000 target today. Going to carry on ticking over for the rest of the year but no more targets this year. Looking at a combined target for Press-Ups and Sit-Ups for 2019, thinking of starting off targetting 25,000 with at least 10,000 of each.

I’ve been following this thread all year Groundhog and have yet to do one that I feel truly qualifies so you can steam ahead of me I have improved my core muscles a bit in readiness though
