And yes MH

It's very common to have a stronger/weaker side and it's not always what you think!

That’s true…you just quite often don’t notice until you do something different/something happens that does make it obvious!

I did a random adriene session (yoga to feel your best) before work today - from here on in am going to be a day delayed. I'm most likely to manage yoga first thing.

Day 3 done. Enjoyed it - was expecting to after everyone's positive comments. I liked taking the time to get warrior right, and was chuffed to get through the plank tick tocks as I have sometimes collapsed midway! My upper body strength is better - I think the gym may be helping!

Not that it matters one jot what I think, BUT I don't see those you early morning types as being day behind. If the sessions landed earlier you'd have done them before those of us who have a choice of time.

I LOVED Day 4 (despite having b*ggered up my elbow and ribs falling over on my run last night) *rolls eyes at self*

I really enjoy a good flow and especially enjoyed moving from the "active" flow to the sitting flow then back to the "active" flow. Really helped me to feel connected to my breath.

Drugs kicked in at the right time so only had to make a couple of minor adjustments and used my breath (of course) to get through rib discomfort.

I will definitely revisit this one :-)

I liked day 4 too, nice flows, and similar to some I’ve done on my own

Also just seen in the daily email that flow enables us to "move through discomfort" which was especially fitting for me today :-)

I love a flow. That will be something to look forward to tomorrow when I have my first day back at work.

Another vote for Day 4. Too cold to get changed so it managed it in jeans and two jumpers - and bare feet. Cold bare feet. Sun was streaming in from the south facing window which felt really nice on my face, especially with closed eyes.

Really is a FLOW practice - and after the preceding three days didn't seem at all difficult. Clever Adriene.

There's a little bit of abs work near the end that I really liked. Often referred to as 'scissors' in exercise terms, I particularly liked turning the legs in for a few reps and then out for a few. Felt quite different from the usual parallel - can't believe I've never done that before. Not with the scissors movement anyway.

I find audible breathing helps me focus on 'the breath' - and I really am crap and very resistant to breathing stuff. Am determined to MOVE through my prejudice.

All done! xxx

This is possibly just for me, mine all mine.

I'm all signed up for Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga: 'Move'. There's already a thread that's survived two previous incarnations (I believe I started that, too, back end 2019) I expect most Fetchies will post on there, or perhaps on the 'The Yoga Every (well, some) Days Thread'. Or somewhere else entirely. Or not at all.

HOWEVER
I reserve the right not to bother with Adriene's Day 30 if it takes its usu...
