Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Day 4 done. Liked that - not too much static upsidedownness.

Oh hello everyone 😊. I also did Day 4 this morning and enjoyed it very much. I’ve been out of the habit of proper structured sessions for a while so it’s nice to get back to a daily practice.

I found the first half of 4 harder than the second which suggests it's all in the head. I enjoyed the flow and the core work, and similar to Sharkie liked the change in the position of the feet.

I can’t remember the name of the breathing she suggested but I’d done it in a class, so I did know what she was talking about!

Ujjayi breath :-)
I find it really helpful and very calming

And focused breathing definitely helped me work through the discomfort from my battered ribs today

I think it was Ujjayi Breathing (sounds like oo-jar-ee) but someone else may put me right. It has come up in more than one of her 30 day series.

That’s it. I do know the name but had no idea how to spell it!

All done! xxx

This is possibly just for me, mine all mine.

I'm all signed up for Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga: 'Move'. There's already a thread that's survived two previous incarnations (I believe I started that, too, back end 2019) I expect most Fetchies will post on there, or perhaps on the 'The Yoga Every (well, some) Days Thread'. Or somewhere else entirely. Or not at all.

HOWEVER
I reserve the right not to bother with Adriene's Day 30 if it takes its usu...
