Bad luck Torey - take care.
I'm just back from holiday, 1284, so 51 over at the mo, so still looking good. Lots of nice running in France.

Sometimes things get in the way! My stomach problem eventually went after a whole month. However my hip is of great concern, preventing me holding proper gait or striding out. Am paying for an x ray with report so I have an indication of any deterioration since the winter-might also have a consultation, but it all costs! Looks as if my 2,000 might be more than struggle this year and I'm having to (try to) accept that 24 hour events or really long runs could well be off the agenda for a few years. Still ticking over at the moment but always in pain.

Ouch, not good to be in pain. Hope things improve. Take it easy.

2,000 miles is definitely off the agenda this year now! If I was pain free I might be able to out in 180 miles a month til the year's end but my problem is too much to overcome. This is going to be a problem for a while until I have a new hip but I'll still be running!

Look after yourself Torey. I am stuck on 40 miles down, and seem to have been there for ages. I need a couple of big mile months to get back on track. Probably won't see that till after the autumn halfs though

I'm still hovering at 50 miles up, can't seem to get higher than that, and with no autumn marathon planned, I'm guessing it will be hovering close all the way.
Bad luck Torey, hope you can get a new hip and be pain free soon.
Dig deep dill, 40 miles isn't far off, and big mileage is what has taken me to all my sub 1.30 halfs.

206 for the month and 12% up. P&D 55mile plan is working wonders for the distance!

I should hopefully crack through 1500 around tea time on Saturday. Seem to be steadily hitting 200/month at the moment so I'll be safely home if I can keep that going.

For the first time in my running career I'm easily going to pass 2,000 miles in 2017.
The hard graft has been already put in.
