200 miles up on target now, so in theory I'm on course to beat last years total. However I'm considering calling it a year after Dublin marathon next month, as i feel I need an extended break. I'd wind up on ~1900 if I followed through with that, but I probably won't.

Bad luck torey, sounds unpleasant, hope it's resolved soon.
As for me, had been drifting dangerously near the limits of acceptability, and it's taken 2 45 mile weeks in a row to put me back up to 47 over target. 153 a month needed for the last 3 months, which should be do-able, although December is always low mileage.

Massive quandary for me today though. Plan says a rest day but the notion is very foreign to me right now!
