I have a foam roller, but don't really know what I'm doing with it. No idea what it is I'm supposed to feel or look for when Using it, so end up aimlessly wobbling up and down it

Dill - there are lots of good guides on youtube.
My foam rolling and self massage saves a small fortune across the year in sports massage. Means when i go for massage they can focus on deeper issues rather than basic flushing.

My foam roller is the most exciting thing in the world for my kids. It doubles as an arm guard as they attack each other.
It has to be hidden away so I usually forget to use it

Break even point today is 1002 miles, so we are officially over half way. I am still 63 miles down, but better than the 100+ of a few weeks ago. Next few weeks are dodgy with holidays and weekends away and stuff but hopefully can keep somewhere near the target.
