I'm checking out on a little over 2,400miles, my best year by a long way 
mbln- I'm guessing you've got 5miles planned for today to make it past 2,000?
Well done everybody, whether you made it past the target or not. Same again in 2017???

I'll be here for 2017! Expect to do about five miles later today to check out on 2,183. Bit of a low year for me but having re-adapted to running without orthotics (by utilising various strength training exercises) and some bother with my hip I'm happy with this total. Looking forward to reaching at least 2,000 again....
and of course, in advance, Happy New Year all Fetchies.

2,000 miles is at the back of my mind but I'm going set a target of 1800 and see how it goes.
Very well done to all who made it to 2,000 miles and to those that tried.

2000.2 :). It was a close run thing (sorry) after we had visitors unexpectedly... Glad to have reached target after chasing it for a couple of years. Not sure about targets for next year, would love to do more. We'll see how it goes with only two target races for the year.

2205 for me, a pb, so good mileage there. Yes there will be a 2000 miles thread for 2017.
Well done mbln, yep visitors (and visiting) played havoc with my plans. Had to get out of a car after a 6 hour journey yesterday and run. That hurt!
