Feeling rough after my booster yesterday. Think I was 150 miles ahead in August. Now 12 😬.

I managed a workday Ness, but sitting on the sofa is my limit tonight. Hopefully I'll manage a run on Saturday .

I was lucky and only had a sore arm. My sister felt rough for the day after her booster. She had it on a Saturday, felt rough on the Sunday but was fine again on Monday. Hope it works the same for you.

Worked out today that if I run just under 5 miles a day for the rest of the year I can get to 2021 miles for the year....
