Yes, well done hod and hope you're back soon mrd. Good distance Mrsb. Last time I was in the 2,000s was in 2016 after 2,400 in 2013. Those days gone now never to be repeated. I need to keep my replaced hip secure! 12 miles after an intended 15 this morning cut short to get to work on time |

Congratulations to all of you who reach/beat/get anywhere near 1500Miles... i'm at about half of that... but i did manage the first of a so called longer run today.. just over 10 hilly miles, was a touch chilly but done.. now to put my feet up for the rest of the day...

A long checkpointing day on Saturday, 5am until 8pm but great supporting friends and others on a 50k trail race. 9 miles this morning on the roads. |

Some impressive mileages recorded here. Well done, all. My morning run takes my total for 2021 to just over 1,600 so defensive a best ever! Really pleased with that! 😁 |

Wow well done Ness great miles. Thanks torey yeah you are right, those 10 hilly miles were much harder than they would have been 9 months ago… more training needed… but I will try to be sensible! |

Yes, take care on the comeback from injury. I know I expected too much of myself when I was recovering from my broken foot back in 2011! I’m much more careful now.
