Hi folks, sorry for the severe delay on providing the November round up - you will have it by sometime before midnight tonight - life in general has just been a bit hectic.
Garfield, thank you for being a brilliant thread custodian for the last two years!
Thanks too to Ness for volunteering to take over for next year!
In terms of the target - I should just scrape the 1500 by the end of the year if I pull my socks up. Hoping to get back on track with proper training next year

I am 1429.5 so cutting it close. A gentle 4 tonight as I had a tough trail half on Sunday.
