Hello, All! Still an excellent distance, westmoors! Impressed with Richard-M still being in shorts in this wintry chill! I'm supposed to be doing the Sunday Christmas Enigma, Toks, but don't think my foot or knee will be up to it. Best of luck with yours. I have been to the dentist for a check up and to schedule a filling for a bit of tooth that lost a battle with a cheese sandwich a few weeks ago. Something to look forward to just before Christmas! |

I had longs on for first time on Sunday. It was -8.5C, in hills up to 2000ft and a pre-dawn run, so I think justified. Back to shorts for the short, work lunch time runs though. It's +4C for goodness sake, not that cold! G
