Rest day today, though there may be some cross-training in the form of housework and decluttering. This house is a tip. Keep warm!

Well done on reaching the 1500 mark G! It’s chilly here too, but I had a lovely 11 mile run on a crisp winter morning yesterday, particularly pleased with it as I ran the second half much quicker than the first (I was running the second half on my own and the first in company, but still pleased as it’s a while since I’ve done those sort of splits on a training run).

Toks Dec 2019 10:12pm, 4 Dec 2019 33,561 posts	0 Toks Hi Doc, Haven’t ran for well over one week but did this morning almost 7 miler Got the last marathon of the year this Saturday and end on 95th marathon Thanks for all the support in this group, it hasn’t been easy and training has been a lot of misses and not much at all, how I have managed to do 11 marathons so far is beyond me 😅😱😱😱😱😮😮😮😣😣😣😣 Well the journey to 100 marathon still continues
