After a disappointingly low mileage month in November I managed to make the 2nd XC of the season It was tough, cold and muddy... great fun but i could feel the lack of running fitness... hoping i can run a little more in December

An extra pic - the me at the end is at 1500 miles, the view up the hill is sun rise at nearly 2000 ft, having set off 2 hours earlier at 6.30 am to get there! Glad to have had 1500 as my real goal this year. And glad to have made it! G
