Pikelet, hope the mammogram went okay?

I (and all of us in our running club) have been knocked for six after some devastating news started coming in Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. One of our much-loved club members, who was doing a trek for charity in the Himalayas trying to reach Everest Base Camp, died in his sleep on Tuesday morning after suffering a shortage of oxygen. He was 54. Our main club night is tonight, it’s going to be tough. We’re all in bits as he was one of the most lovely guys you could ever hope to meet, so I can’t begin to imagine what his family are going through :-(
