Well done Toks - Iโ€™ve just watched the highlights and that descent looked lethal! I found it scary enough last year when it was relatively dry.

Well done on your half Pikelet! Glad that the weather was better for you than yesterday, even if there was still a lot of water on the course. Agree re Mick and Phil.

Bonners - I did keep an eye out for you at Conwy in case you were there (thought I could remember what you looked like from WCR last year) - the fact you were working would explain why I didnโ€™t see you!

Well done, 1500 racers and meeter-uppers. I had a very hot run round Valencia. Did the first 10k far too fast (worried about making a cut-off time), so was too tired for the second half. A great race though and a lovely city. Sadly didn't get the promised broccoli at the end as they'd run out by the time I'd finished.

Got to rest quickly now and last marathon of the year in two weeks time, but am toying with another one in dec 7 but not sure ๐Ÿค” yet

Have a lovely day everyone xxx

Good, Doc, it's very good for you according to the company's advertising. Mr JK could have got some but didn't take any, not understanding its comedy value. He also got a net of clementines which I didn't get. It pays to be fast!

I've got my one year mammogram check up today. A whole year!! It's definitely flown :-)

In other news we're having a new bathroom fitted, stripping out is going well :-) If you notice a funny smell around here over the next couple of weeks that would be me!
