Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi Toks! Gosh, I couldn't go that long without running unless I was ill or injured.

Good Morning All!

9 rather soggy miles this morning, passing 1500 miles at about the half way point of my run, which (appropriately given my often dodgy digestive system) was at the toilet block in Leicester Victoria Park:

Will probably reset my target to 2000 miles for the rest of the year, but continue to hang about here as this is where I feel at home.

Well done jk. Don't think I will get to 1500, but think I might get my highest ever annual mileage.

Ta, people. I know it's not easy fitting the running in when you have so many other commitments.

I am lucky in being retired and having the luxury of time for my running. It's one of the very few advantages of being old!

Morning all,

Hadn't even noticed the sidebar. What a handy little thing that is. I'm only signed up for a half in December. other than that I'll be trying to hit the 1500 holygail from cross country and running around the block :D

But after a couple of nice long-ish runs over the weekend I've only got to average 3.53 miles per day now

@jabberknit 2,000 miles :O wow good luck with that. But if you've hit 1500 already it's fully do-able for you :)
