Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Last ever Monday night run with Woking Sweatshop tonight, the shop is being closed. A good turnout but a bit sad. A lovely bunch of people.

Woking borough council have increased the rent despite the store being surrounded by a building site, so SD have pulled out.

Ah, those short sighted people! I miss the sewing shop that used to be there...that left for the same reason.

i ran some intervals this morning - they were rubbish and the clouds burst i was soaked but the rain was warm - kinda enjoyed it - proving the reason my intervals were so slow was i did work hard enough...

Shame about Sweatshop - so by increasing the rent they now have none - good biz model that one - that's your council tax paying for the best business acumen in Woking - sure there must be some Paul Weller words of wisdom to explain ;)

It rained overnight yesterday, then the sun crept out periodically during the day. Went out for a joglet to loosen the legs...then came home and took my avatar for a walk for my cool down. She loves going outside now that my stepmother has mobility problems.

Ah, that sounds really annoying Garfield :-( Hopefully a result of tetching problems with the new course, but still frustrating.

Shame about your local Sweatshop closing too StuH :-(

We had heavy rain this morning (got soaked on way to work) - it may or may not rain again later. Unrelated to this, I may or may not run later (I probably shouldn't as am tired, but work is pants so it may be necessary).
