I appear to have a niggly chesty thing going on.
I’ve feed the burds with seed and a few wind fallen apples.
I’m not doing a lot today. I will be servicing the lawnmower.

Thanks Doc, I appreciate you taking over the captainship to steer us through 2018, I am on hand if you need anything
My plan for today says rest or cross train, going for a gentle 5 miles might challenge my core in the weather
WW I hope you soon recover, someone once told me that vapour rub on the soles of the feet is recommended for such conditions, not tried it myself though.

Hope your chesty thing clears up soon, WW. 7 easy enjoyable miles in this morning's heavily falling white stuff :-).

My chest does appear a lot better and improving.
Lawn mower is serviced. I've run the engine for a couple of minutes and suggest you all do the same if you have a petrol mower.
