Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice one Doc, and a great finish line photo. Well done.

I also parkrunned/parkran this morning, as did Mrs Nellers. She smashed her PB by about 5 minutes.

Had the garage door fixed yesterday - it's amazing - it just opens.. no effort.. incredible how one gets used to small steps of worsening operation over time until you forget what it should be....

OH's Xmas pressies wrapped with the usual lack of skill... that's the first of my two Xmas tasks done - the other being to cook the turkey :)

Good running Mrs Nellers and Toks.

I think I've discovered Christmas Spirit and it seems to be living in a bottle on Pinot Grigio. Happy Xmas/Hannukah/Samain/Winterval/Saturnalia/do-your-own-thing to you all.

Did I miss anyone?

Well done, DocM, Toks, Mrs Nellers! Steady on, Nellers, pace yourself, it's not even Christmas Eve yet.

No running today, OH and I enjoyed the thrills and delights of the M1 as we drove up to Yorkshire and back to collect my Mum, so she can spend Christmas with us. DD1 and Son-In-Law arriving sometime tomorrow afternoon - very excited about that, haven't seen them for months.
