I seem to have quite a challenge in to keep my 100 mile a month streak going and to even make 1400 for the year. Mrs N might not like how much running iām Planning over the Xmas break.
Ah well. Who wants to live forever!

I've always wanted to go to Bath.
6 mile run this morning - head torch on around Birkenhead park, some revelers on their way home - *Look at 'im, fucking jogging*. The water in the dock basin, glass like, holding the full reflection of the lights and the Royal Iris, still beneath my feet as I ran over Duke Street bridge.
I'm going to try for the magic 1000 miles before the end of the year.
