Hello! Back home now. Feet much better. Had an excellent night's sleep in the Premier Inn, then a very foggy drive home this morning. Probs on the M1 (again), so left it at Northampton and Sally Satnav guided me up through the countryside.
More Christmas stuff today, and maybe a possible little recovery run, too.

oooh busy thread - or so i thought.... don't even know what i missed...
Good progress on the Gobi ankle status. Guess Doc is busy installing the flush - these designs are pesky to get working well in my experience....
I have swum this morning.
its damp n borderline misty here... may just laze around the house listening to music - except for the excitement of having someone come to repair my garage door this afternoon. Enjoy.

I’m waiting for the tubing before the flush can be installed.
I too am expecting a man in my garage ..... to install smart meters.
Glad I missed the Troll .... where are they popping up from ? Thanks Gobi for reporting and Fetch for exterminating
3 Miles to the finish line..... I reckon the bend on the final straight of St Albans parkrun would be a fine location
