Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sleety rainy snow stuff falling right now in Colchester. I've brought running kit with me to run from the office if the traffic is bad at 5 but looking out there I'm thinking I brave the traffic and dreadmill it when I get home instead. It doesn't look in any way appealing.

Snow is hanging around here still, if we get the freezing weather as forecast then tomorrow it will be treacherous on the paths, hopefully the roads will be sufficiently gritted so will be safe for the drivers, glad I am within walking distance of work.

No run today, rest day mondays, despite not having run yesterday, I will decide if running happens tomorrow when I find out what the paths are like.

Hope you get home safely Toks.

Morning - bit chilly here - so went for a swim and sauna :) too cold to cycle (for me)
Plan to run tonight - but had to cancel the club monthly 5k as the pavements are ice/snow bound - we will have am easy off road run instead with head torches.

Well swam and sweated Richard.

Whoop whoop Gobi.

I’ve not added anything to my total. Paths to treacherous to run today, it’s due to thaw tomorrow so I’ll leave it till then.
