Welcome back, Toks, hope you've brought some of that Lanzarote warmth and sunshine back with you!
Walked into the town centre this morning to meet OH for lunch. That was one of the hardest things I've done this year - it was more or less a solid ice sheet from here to the edge of town, it felt like a full body workout trying not to fall over.

Evening 5very with icy off-road head torch miles for me. Amazing frozen snow/ice at home, nothing at work!

Easy 2 and a bit mile jog to office. Backpack was a little heavy for my liking so quite a bit of walking involved. Legs were trashed after yoga last night...my shoulders didn't like the class too much either!

Disaster in Wobble's house.
Wheelie bin fallen over scattering detritus across the road.
No running but did walk from garage to office circa 0.3 miles.

Fallen over, WW? Or maybe your bin was knocked over by your local Mr Fox?
Attempted a run, but the snow and ice is lingering here, so the pavements and paths are still very treacherous. Diverted into our local country park hoping it would be better there, but it wasn't, there was snow and ice and MUD - eeeeewwww!!! Think I'll be heading for the treadmill this afternoon.
