I'm having a vegetarian saturday dinner too. I'll have wind later.

Took my good lady to Southend today where she ran her 4th ever parkrun, this time on her own. We expected her to get under 45 minutes. She nearly got under 40! NEver underestimate Mrs Nellers!

I ran round too. It was blowy.

Woohoo, I am a great-aunt! Great-niece arrived in the world at 6pm this evening. Need to crack on with the knitting now, this Bear-in-a-Bunny-Suit won't knit itself! (Yes, it's a little teddy dressed up as a bunny and you can push the bunny hood back to see the actual bear's head underneath. It's outstandingly cute, and I may have to knit myself one.)

The veggie shepherd's pie with a sort of South American flavour was good.

Sounds good JK...I've used minced Quorn for a bolognese sauce that even hubby will eat.

My legs know they ran parkrun hard yesterday and they don't want me to make them run 15 miles today. Perhaps if I tell them it's only going to be 10 and then "get a bit lost" they'll feel better about it?
