A bit gutted. 1.43.02 by my watch. Fell apart in a huge way from just after half way. Very disappointed in myself and trying to work out what I do to get it right for St Neots in 5 weeks.

St neots we are having a party whatever the times ...... so long as you wait long enough for me at the finish.
As for the zone name ..... I think I may have been in a frivolous mood ( most unusual for me )

I need a bit of time to think it through. It’s not a bad result. It’s just not as good as I hoped and expected. Thought my fitness was pretty solid so what went wrong? Post mortem will follow and we go again.

Westmoors had Richard appear to have had wonderful runs. Short and long.
You did your best Nellers. It's done so prepare now for St. Neots. Still a cracking time that. Wish I could run 1:forty something.
I've polished my shoes. They look well good.

Well done, Nellers, I'd love to be able to get under 2 hours for a half, you were flying!

Just ran/walked the Cabbage Patch 10...and came in at just under 2 hours...for a fairly undertrained critter, I'll take that and will improve on it next year.:)
