You can go long Richard. Report back when you have finished.
I was only 2 years old in 1984.

We have a lawn out the back, but like Richard-M1's, it's occasional bits of grass in a sea of moss, weeds and ants' nests.
My PF-struck foot is finally starting to improve a bit, so am going to have a go at parkrun tomorrow, but only walking briskly. Can't do our usual Leic Victoria Park one, it's cancelled because they're setting up for the Leicester Marathon on Sunday, so off to Leic Braunstone Park instead. They have changed their route recently, to accommodate the opening of the old Braunstone Hall (the original mansion whose gardens were made into the park) as a Boutique Hotel and Conference Centre. An interesting decision on the part of the investors, as the park is surrounded by a housing estate with - shall we say - Character? Burnt-out stolen cars are a fairly regular hazard at the Braunstone parkrun, don't know what the boutique hotel guests will think about those.
Good luck to everyone racing and running at the weekend!

I've parkrunned. Westmill today, scenic, off road and hilly. Definately not the fastest course but very pleasant.

I struggle with maths.
I recall a finance director having his front garden ‘made over’ and had all sorts of fancy expensive jazzle installed. He lived in Leicester. Woke up one morning and it had all gone! Taking a tour around Braunstone he soon found the jazzle installed in another garden.
We jogged Corby parkrun.
